Welcome to Fiore's Bridal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and online store, and to any consultation, order or purchase you make with us (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Fiore's Bridal from our atelier in Istanbul, Türkiye ("Fiore's Bridal", "we", "us" or "our") and are powered by Shopify. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About Our Gowns
Our wedding dresses are made to order and to measure in our Istanbul atelier. Because each gown is handcrafted, small variations in lace placement, embroidery, beading and colour are a natural part of couture work and are not defects. Colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the actual fabric. Product photos may show styling, accessories or veils that are not included with the gown.
2. Consultations and Orders
- An order is confirmed only when we have agreed the design, measurements, price and timeline with you in writing (by email or WhatsApp) and received any required payment.
- You are responsible for providing accurate measurements by following our Measurement Guide. Our fitting expert will review them with you, but final measurements are those you confirm.
- Design changes and bespoke requests are quoted individually. Any change to the confirmed design after production begins may affect the price and delivery date.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund any payment received.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice; the price confirmed in your order is the price you pay. Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country, which are payable by you on delivery. Payment terms (including any deposit and balance due dates) are confirmed with your order.
4. Production, Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates and are described on our Ordering Timeframes and Shipping & Delivery pages. We do our best to meet your wedding date, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Made-to-measure and bespoke gowns are made exclusively for you and are final sale. Our Order Policy explains cancellations before production, our quality promise, fit adjustments and what to do if a gown arrives damaged. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country that cannot be excluded.
6. Your Account and Use of the Services
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with their operation, or to copy, scrape or misuse our content.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including our designs, gown names, photographs, text, logos and the Fiore's Bridal name, belongs to Fiore's Bridal or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Inspiration photos you send us for bespoke orders remain yours; you confirm that you have the right to share them with us.
8. Reviews, Photos and Feedback
If you send us reviews, wedding photos or other content, you allow us to use, reproduce and display it on our website and social media (for example on our Our Brides page), crediting you where appropriate. We will always ask before publishing photos in which you can be identified.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to or use third-party websites and services, such as payment providers, couriers, WhatsApp and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is", and Fiore's Bridal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information, including the measurements you share with us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. We always encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
